Rogue Valley Homebrewers is a brewing group based in the Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon (Medford, Ashland and Grants Pass). We span the gamut of age and sex but all share a passion for good beer, especially that produced by our own hands. We have all ranges of brewers, from newbies to the accomplished and all get together on the 3rd Thursday of each month to discuss recipes, technique, science and whatever else people want to bring to the table.

QUARTERLY BREW

Recipe for club challenge: American Wheat
Extract: 8.9 lbs Wheat LME
Hops:    Willamette 1.0oz 60min
            Willamette 0.3 oz flame out
            Centennial 0.3 oz flame out
Yeast:   WLP320 Wyeast 1010 (Maybe just change this to wlp001/1056?)

All Grain: Replace Wheat LME with 6lbs American 2row, 6 lbs wheat malt.
